i'm now tasting the successful chocolate fudge for the cake tmr. It has a nice smooth creamy texture u get when u bite into a fudge cake. i had tested for a small portion. it's tasting good i mus say.
It's done by adding chocolate to whipped cream on a saucepan. put it into the frigde for a while and walla~ nice choco.fudge
